    motivationMany times we get excited about a new thought or revisit an old one, make a choice to change and then go FULL FORCE into making that change a part of our lives. Week one, we’re all over it, week 2 & 3 .. NO Problem. Week 4, “Why wasn’t I doing this all along?”

    But something happens…. everyone comes to a point in their new-found “drive” to either skip a day because “I don’t feel like it” or skip a week because someone else isn’t supporting us in this “new thing”.
