• Our DEEPEST Fear

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photos-candle-light-image13725003God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others people permission to do the same.”

    ~ Marianne Williamson ~

Gives me chills every time I read it and tears are streaming every time I see that little girl in the movie say it. It reminds me of when I was a little girl, uncomfortable in my own skin, not feeling as if I counted or mattered. I didn’t think I was beautiful, I was definitely smart & intelligent: the perfect combination of being invisible as a young person (when smart wasn’t really cool!).

But look at me now! Hhhmm! When I let my light shine and take responsibility and authority over that in which I was placed on the planet to do… honey, you can’t tell me nothin’!

And when I give it openly  and genuinely so that others are able to see it in themselves, I can’t tell them nothin’ either!

I accept it, I represent it, and welcome it!

    And so it is!
